If you are picking up your tickets, the office is located in the Olympic Stadium (Pie-IX Metro). In the main area (with the revolving car) there is a "Regrouppement Loisirs Quebec" sign hanging from the ceiling - follow it to the reception area. There is a map of the rooms, or you can ask the receptionist - The Quebec Section Office is in Room 5.
